How long have you been playing Minecraft? I'm playing minecraft for about three and a half years.
How long have you been a member of the TheMystic community? I am member of TheMystic community for about one year. I was VIP on TheMystic like 5 months ago.
Are you involved with any clans, or have been in the past? If so, please list them here: MCGamer clans or? If you think on MCGamer clans, yes I am involved with FyratexEU.
Do you have any bans on our servers? (If so, explain. If you have had a successful ban dispute, please provide a link): I haven't any bans on TheMystic.
Have you filed any Report Abuses on our system? If so, please provide a link to the most recent closed Report Abuses that you have filed. (Maximum of ten, please): I haven't filed any report abuse.
Have you been a member of another community’s staff, or have relevant work experience? If so, please describe your experience. (Be sure to include your position, server name, length of time served, and a link to the community’s website if available): I was moderator on many factions servers, many PvP servers and also, I am Sr.Mod on ClashPvP, one of the best Balkan PvP servers but it is down right now because we need to fix some issues. :=)

In each scenario, assume that you are in a Moderator position. Briefly explain to the best of your abilities how you would respond to each situation.
You are playing a game and you see a player whose actions seem suspiciously like hacking. However, you are not quite certain. What do you do? He seem like a hacker? Hm lets follow him. So, as I said, I will follow him and if I see he's hacking, I'm going to recording him and ban him with proof in his ban reason so if he's going to disscus, I can send him proof.
A player on the forums publicly accuses you of abusing your powers. They claim to have proof, and are demanding that you be fired. What do you do? I will ask him to send me proof and if he really have a proof of me abusing my powers, I would admitt that I was abusing my powers and most likely I'm going to resign then, but if he haven't proof and he was just lying, I will most likely ban him on 3 days and give him his first offense.
Two players on our TeamSpeak are verbally fighting in a public channel with 5 other people, and things are getting out of hand. What do you do? First of all I'd like to consider the situation a little bit more. If I see they are insult each other, I'm going to ban all of these players on 7 days with proof of course because I don't wanna ban anyone without recording or screenshoting his chat etc.
You are watching the newest video of your favorite TheMystic streamer, who happens to be a VIP on the MCGamer network. Suddenly, you realize the streamer is using a hacked client during their games of MCSG. What do you do? I will record his stream and ban him without pardon because I'd like to treat all players with same punishmend. Of course I will send him link where he can dispute his ban and who knows, maybe we'll forgive sometimes.
A player is in the hub, incessantly spamming an annoying phrase over and over again. How would you handle this player, and what punishments would you use if they persistently spammed? Assume that the player continues to spam after each successive punishment. If he haven't any punishment before and he is spamming like crazy, I'm going to mute him on 3 hours. If he decide to continue his mistake, I'm going to mute him on 3 days. And if he decide to continue his mistake once again I'm going to mute him on 7 days then perma mute with no pardon because I will warn him 3 times before he get perma muted.

Why do you want to be a moderator on the TheMystic? I'm so bored when Clash isn't working and I'm spending a lot of time there on the server. Also I wanna be a moderator on many smaller servers because it can help me in applying for some bigger like MCGamer. And yea, I wanna help to make this community better place so I hope I will be accepted.
Why do you believe you are qualified to be a moderator on the TheMystic? Because I have much experience with moderating PvP servers like Mystic and I am there in the community for a long time. Also, me and my friends had our map there on the servers before few months and I am good friend with all of the staff members
How would you like to see the LegacyGamers community improve? I don't know excatly. I think we need to make a much more forum categories than "Ban Dispute, Moderator Apply" because on litteraly every server, forum community is much better than in-game community. Also I think we need to organise some events on ts like Open Mic Night etc.
What are 3 qualities you have that you feel you could be improved upon? I don't know excatly answer on this question. I'm sorry. x3
If you were given the chance to be a moderator, what would your top three goals be? My first and biggest goal would be to help this community and to do my work well. Then, my second goal will be to meet a lot of new players and third, I wanna be more known there on the server.
